• Organization of tourist-sports cycling excursions

• Organization of fun/recreational activities using bikes or on foot

• Creation of itineraries through Travel Design in which the execution of the trip is carried out exclusively by the customer.

The service to be delivered

The above-mentioned Company, in carrying out the proposed activities, makes use of the collaboration of Mountain Bike Guides or Environmental Hiking Guides equipped with licenses issued by authorized Associations in Italian territory who are in possession of the professional and psycho-physical requirements necessary to guarantee safety of customers.

The CicloWine Bike Experiences Company, before the excursion, carries out daily, before the execution of the excursions, a risk assessment meeting with the professionals with whom it collaborates, to evaluate the safety of the routes to be undertaken, taking into account the weather conditions, hydrogeological risks and capabilities of Customers. After the assessing, if decided to proceed with the excursion, an initial briefing with the customers will be carried out.

During the initial briefing, customers will be provided with all the necessary information to tackle the proposed routes, information on the safety regulations to be respected and, finally, an assessment of the necessary safety equipment is made and the customer's level of dexterity is also assessed during the test drive, which follows the briefing. In the event that a customer is considered tecnically not eligible for the excursion, the amount paid will be refunded in full (see the refunds policy for more information).

The aforementioned activities proposed by the CicloWine Bike Experiences company can take place in an impervious and risky environment. The company's burden is to inform how, despite the adoption of all the measures mentioned above in order to guarantee the safety of the participants in the excursions, in this environment the risk cannot be eliminated.

Customer Responsibilities

To carry out the proposed excursions, the customer must have good cycling/hiking skills, as well as physical and psychological conditions suitable for these activities and adequate equipment (it is up to the guide to decide on the adequability of it) for carrying out the proposed activities.

The use of a helmet, and sunglasses is mandatory on bicycle tours and appropriate clothing is recommended for all weather conditions and technical difficulties.

Customers who intend to carry out the activities proposed by the CicloWine bike Experiences company must comply with the instructions provided by the guides. Customers, therefore, from the time they are assigned to the guides, until the end of the excursion, will refer exclusively to the aforementioned professionals, who will be exclusively responsible for their physical safety and security and must and will be able to give any useful or necessary instructions during the activities carried out, with the customer's obligation to adapt.

In case of an accident, even though all security measures have been taken by the guide, it is the customer’s responsability to provide adequate care to himself/herself, and thus to pay for any eventual cost for treatments that can arise.

Intellectual property

The contents present on the site, such as, by way of example, works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds and videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material, in any format, published on the site itself, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts and site design, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and the software they make part of the site, are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights of the owner or any third parties contracted by him. Reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form, of the site and its contents is prohibited, without the express written consent of the owner.

Conclusion of the Contract

The sales contract for the services purchased on our online site www.ciclowine.com is considered concluded when the tour ends and the rented bicycle is returned.
