Travel Designing: Step by Step

  • Kick-Off Meeting

    Understanding

    We start with a kick-off meeting. In this stage we understand what your interests, needs and dreams are. It is the moment of active listening in which, with a lot of empathy, we map all your requests which will then be used to create the first draft.

  • Crafting

    At this point is hands at work for our consultants and within some days (depending on the amount of work it can take up to 1 week) we’ll send you the first digital draft of your unique itinerary. This will include a description of the suggested activities, day by day, highlightingsuppliers, tailor made tours and prices, restaurants (based on your preferences) logistic options and also accomodations.

  • Checking

    After having received the first draft, and having already analyzed it, we set up a meeting for checking if the draft suits your important criteria. If not, we take note and, after its conclusion, it’s hands at work to modify it and deliver the second draft. This process can repeat itself as many times as needed in order to secure that this is the trip of a lifetime that you’ve dreamed of. The final say is yours.

  • Delivering

    With the final draft aproved we insert the itinerary in our application. The whole idea is that you can access it, anytime, easily, by a touch of your screen and free of charge. Altogether with the program of the trip we’ll enrich it with some storytelling, culture facts and some hints about enogastronomy, created by our sommelier exclusively to you.

  • 24 h Support

    We will always be available for you, to advise you in the best way along the journey. Our customers become part of our family and we feel like we are by their side throughout the journey. Through wichever means of comunication suits you better, we’ll be there.
