Refunds Policy.

Bike Tours and Excursions

  • In the event of cancellation of the tour due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled. If participation on the new proposed date is impossible, the amount will be fully refunded (depending on the payment method, management costs may be withheld)

  • As long as the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the start time of the chosen tour, the refund will be granted in full, with management costs relating to the payment method being withheld.

  • Refund won't be granted if the cancellation request arrives in less than 48 hours prior the tour meeting time.

  • If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days (refund times can vary depending on the credit card operator) for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Gift Card

  • Our store is happy to accept online returns of the Gift Card within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
