Itinerary Designing
We provide solutions to highlight the singular characteristics of estates, properties or territories through cycle and pedestrian itineraries.
Why Creating Experiences to your Clients?
“We’re living a moment in which people hope for a different concept of tourism than mass tourism, an experiential tourism, in contact with nature, more aware and close.”
Outdoor Tourism Observatory 2022
Overview of the Outdoor Tourism Segment
According to the research sponsored by the Human Company with Thrends, from early 2022, outdoor experiences have become mainstream. Thanks to technology, outdoor tourism has become accessible, cool and within everyone's reach. This type of tourism has the so-called wellness in its DNA, understood as natural well-being that leads to self-care and relaxation. The public target is also concerned with the climate emergency and therefore seeks new formulas to reduce their environmental impacts during their trips. Therefore, it is important to offer solutions that are sustainable, with a low ecological footprint to attract them.
“Today the key is attention and care towards the guest, the constant improvement of the quality of services, environmental sustainability and the connection with the territory”
Domenico Montano (Corriere.it)
What we do
We create itineraries in order to connect, via paths, the different key/singular points of interest your property/territory aiming at highlighting to guests their relevant characteristics, both from a naturalistic and socio-economic perspective, of a product, a production process or of the different cultural elements that make up a public territory.
-
Public administrations that want to highlight natural beauty, culture or a specific socio-economic activity of the territory, thus stimulating/developing the outdoor tourism sector
Agricultural Consortiums that want to propose itineraries that connect the various companies that are part of them and enjoyment of the nature that surrounds them
Wine Routes that intend to create slow tourism options combined with tastings and experiences
Agri-food companies (wine, olive and olive sectors, among others) that aspire to connect the different vineyards/olive groves via paths that can be traveled by bicycle or on foot, and which are specifically designed for their different types of audience, thus creating more interactions and adding value to the brand /product
Independent Rural Owners who aim to diversify their activities, highlighting one or more natural/socioeconomic characteristics.
-
Private Sector:
To promote the customer's rapprochement with the product and the company's philosophies, thus strengthening relationships and adding value to the brand.
To attract new customers through the appeal of outdoor tourism (strongly growing sector)
Public Sector:
Stimulate the entire chain of slow tourism in the area

A Geographic information software is used to create routes starting from the data collected during scoutings carried out by our experts.
An Action Plan for securing the routes is created after the approval of the routes. It contains architectural plans for signaling, recommendations for physical interventions, among others.
A specific APP can be developed to allow the use of the paths in a self-guided manner.
Test Event will be carried out to identify possible points of improvement, before implementing.
A publicity plan can be added to the service in order to create awareness to the project.
